Among the machines at our disposal for production:

• 12 multi-spindle lathes up to 42 mm (GILDEMEISTER)
• 4 CNC lathes (GILDEMEISTER – NAKAMURA TOME) with four axes, bar passage up to 65 mm with two turrets
• 1 CNC lathe sliding headstock (GILDEMEISTER) with six axes, bar passage up to max diameter 34 mm and max length 800 mm
• 1 OR assembly machine

All lathes are equipped with an automatic loader.

Among the measuring instruments at our disposal for production management: 

• 1 piece of production monitoring software
• 1 profile projector
• 3 rugosimeters
• 1 profilometer
• 1 pre-setting machine
• 2 optical measuring machines (VICI)

The material for production is carefully checked and certified by our quality control department.

The quality of our work is fundamental to ensure a final product that fully meets your expectations. For this reason, all managerial and technical actions, applied throughout the entire organisational and production system, are constantly monitored and documented, according to a specific work order (WOD). Not only that. Each of our pieces is identified thanks to the use of bar codes that allow constant traceability.

Each product is then subjected to careful and accurate periodic checks documented through the use of optical measuring machines and other instruments.

Declaration of conformity of the pieces: Thanks to our careful controls we can issue various types of certificates (casting, galvanizing, declarations of origin, documents related to the conformity of the pieces such as ISIR forms for sampling and PPAP reports for the verification of the production chain).
